ODK
ODK is a software app that is usually connected to a server and is used in downloading questionnaires which can be used in a wide range of research disciplines.
The ODK app replaces paper form used in survey based data gathering.
The ODK app can support different features including but not limited to:

The digital forms used once downloaded, they can be filled without network connectivity and the sent back to the server.
